Property Watch…..

Our Property Watch service is for owners who live overseas and use the property for their sole use, therefore your property may be left unattended for long periods of time. By taking advantage of our Property Watch service it provides you with “peace of mind” knowing that a reliable & trustworthy person is visiting your property on a regular basis.

We will visit your property on a fortnightly basis & check the premises are secure & that there is no sign of forced entry or attempted.

We will visit your property should there be a heavy storm to ensure that the property has sustained no damage.

Following our visit we will submit fortnightly property reports which will be sent monthly either by post, e-mail or if you wish to contact us via telephone.

Within our Property Watch service, the ‘Key Holding' is automatically included.

Key Holding……

We will hold the keys of your property and upon request make them available to visiting guests, owners or tradesmen.

All our keys are catalogued and retained in a locked box within a secure unit.

As the property owner you will be required to leave a copy of your passport, a copy of your signature & we will also ask for a password, this means that anyone requesting keys from us should produce a copy of the same information, and, it's the responsibility of you as the owner to advise us in advance of any key requests.

The benefit of our key holding service is that we can immediately attend your property for any reason should it be required.

Rental Management……

The Rental Management Contract is ideal for those owners who would like to rent there property & do not have the time to advertise or deal directly with guests visiting their property.

The preferred solution is therefore to take advantage of the services that we can provide, taking charge of both the rental management and care of your guests.

On your behalf we will:

  • Promote your property on our own rental / sales website.
  • Respond to booking enquiries.
  • Manage all elements of booking, including deposits, payments and banking.
  • Maintain booking and availability calendars.
  • Issue booking conditions, directions and arrival instructions, maintaining contact with your guest throughout.
  • Be on hand should your guests require to contact us throughout their stay for any reason.
  • Handle client queries/complaints.
  • Provide an information pack as to how everything within the property operates, rubbish disposal, house rules and emergency numbers.
  • Complete a full check of your property when guests leave, and if everything is satisfactory return the security deposit.
  • Maintain spreadsheet records and issue monthly rental statements.
  • Arrange for the cleaning on departure of the guests ready for the arrival of new guests

Welcome Packs……

We can arrange for grocery packs to be available on your guest's arrival, Welcome Packs need to be requested & paid for at the time of booking. Our Welcome packs contain:

Water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, orange juice, bread, butter, toilet rolls, washing up liquid and hand soap.

Guest Services…….
We can arrange car hire, airport transfers & excursions.
